My passion for health and fitness began early on when I joined the US Marines right after high school. Fitness and physical health were always a source of motivation for me, and over the years, that passion has only grown stronger. Today, I’m proud to leverage my extensive experience as a certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach to support other women in embracing the aging process with strength, resilience, and vitality.
